Ordered a Samsung note 4, was told it would be delivered in a week, was then emailed to say it would be delayed another week, after 3 weeks I contacted them and changed the colour of my phone to one that was in stock, it then turned out the person I dealt with forgot to change the order and was told it would be another month for it to arrive.
Changed the colour again and said that if it didn't arrive in 4 days I was cancelling the order.
It arrived, apart from that it was a very good deal that I got.
