Efficient service with the phone being delivered and transfer of number, but was waiting for a contract and details of charges etc which still haven't come. If I go into 'my account' there's a welcome pack but I feel it should have been emailed direct to me. There's no info on call charges etc maybe it'll come with the first bill?
