I also found that the ordering website did not in fact ask for a PAC code as had been indicated would happen when starting the ordering process. When phoning to deal with this last issue, I spoke to two people who did nothing with my query except pass me back to someone else to start the conversation again. However, phone looks good and delivery was as expected - the email and text contact to inform me of what was happening has been helpful and accurate.
