Was fairly easy to order however as I needed to purchase two phones made it the process slightly more complicated but turned out fine, phones arrived the next day (on a sunday). Only problem I had was one of the sims (according to the network provider) was already registered to a another person with an account that was closed. After calling customer services the problem was resolved in about 2 days.
