I was a little concerned with regards to using Mobiles.co.uk at first, due to some of the negative reviews that i had read, but decided to go for it as the deal was very good, especially with the free gift (ps4) on offer. After i requested the order, i received both a text message and email from Mobiles, giving me the arrival date of my package, and was also given the choice to change the arrival date if needed which was very helpful. So far so good! On the day of the delivery, i recieved both email and text, giving me an eta for the package, which did arrive within the deadline given. My only negative was that my receipt gave the impression that i would receive both my new phone and free gift at the same time (both items being described as 'package 1'), but only the phone turned up. It was only when i called Mobiles.co.uk that i found out the gift could be an extra 5 working days. Perhaps this should be made clearer on the website. Other than that, the whole process went very smoothly. I liked the fact that i was kept up to date with the emails and text messages, which i found to be reassuring. The free gift has since arrived, 3 working days after the order was made. I'd say i've had a pretty good first experience with Mobiles.co.uk, and would use them again.
