I bought a Sony Experia z1 on o2 contract unlimited texts and minutes 2gb data with £198 cash back which I assumed was against the price of the contract (£33 per month) only to find out that I have to claim the £198 over two years in stages! This is completely ridiculous! I have never heard of anything like this before. I was expecting a £24.75 bill each month! You should make this clearer to avoid disappointed customers!
