From order to delivery of the phone, the whole process was very fast, inside 24 hours. The phone was well packed and in pristine condition. Accessing the Mobiles website was a bit of a faff with Captcha anti-bot picture checks popping up at every opportunity if you delayed or had to check details. However, once they were overcome the website was clear and easy to understand. All in all a good experience.
