I tried to contact customer services yesterday regarding activation and transfer of numbers. It took 45 minutes to get through and then was told I needed an upgrade and to return my new handset. Very unhelpful and despite the advice to stay on the line to provide feedback, the line was deliberately kept open by the customer services rep to prevent that happening as they knew I was g happy!
