Service was great, the only problem was I received my first bill from O2 less than 24 hrs after purchase and before I had received the actual phone, which was not going to be activated until dec. 25 th , though I was happy to pay for the first bill on the 13 th of December when I felt it was due I found the at that was not the case after a lengthy phone call with O2 .
