First person i spoke to about refurbished Iphone 8 deal didn't know anything about. Put me through to the sales team who did know and dealt with the order with no problem. However I did ask for the handset to be delivered to my work...which it wasn't and had to rush home early and literally just caught the DPD driver has he was about to leave. Decent overall service but not brilliant.
