I cannot fault the order process through mobiles.co.uk it was very smooth and easy to do. However, I would recommend they change courier as it took me 4 days to get my phone from DPD. I attempted to collect from the depot and even though I had a utility bill and ID I was turned away because the address on my license was different (due to me having recently moved out of my parents) I was told they would deliver to a neighbour if no one was in (they would deliver to a stranger but wouldn't actually give it to me) it then got sent back to the depot again and I collected for the 2nd time- this assistant wasn't so particular and finally gave me the phone!
