Ordered phone via phone, they sent wrong colour, had to return it, still waiting for phone despite them taking £300. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort it, Waiting to hear from supervised but no one has rang as yet despite ensuring it would be within 48 hours.
Poorest service I have ever had 😞
