I ordered a phone on 8th November. Unfortunately, I put the wrong sort code on my details so I received an email to phone with the correct one. I did this a couple of days later. I was then promised ( both by email and phone) my new mobile to be delivered within a couple of days. However, here we are on 21st November and still no mobile!! I have phoned at least 4 times and emailed a further 2/3 times but have had no answer to my question which is "where is my new mobile". The cost of phone calls are at least £1 a time. I feel not only frustrated but also that I am being constantly ripped off. Altogether I am not a happy bunny!!!!
