easy to open a contract for a new mobile phone.was told to expect phone by wednesday by courier...this did not happen...tracked it ,told ETA was Thursday by web site...no delivery on Thursday contacted DPD by email late Thursday night asking when to expect delivery..expected response by email Friday morning...nothing...sent further email 10.30am asking once again for ETA ...no response...went out shopping having spent 2 days waiting in for the parcel,....courier tried to deliver whilst I was out.Contacted courier by 1pm on Friday to re arrange delivery..informed it would be sometime next week! ended up driving 14 miles into Kirkwall to collect phone on Saturday morning hence not pleased with delivery communications would score them 1.
