Absolute pants! Particularly the delivery service DPD! Although DPD emails me a date for me to collect, they decided to send it back to Carphone WH without telling me, then Carphone warehouse agreed to send to alternative address and now I have found they cancelled the order (via O2).
Just abysmal!
