Where should I start, it took almost a week to receive my order and I am still waiting for my sim however my DD has already been set up. The sales person ordered the wrong phone and I was like a ping pong ball between sales and customer services team. The agent I speak always apologised and said they will sort it but it took a very long week to sort it and like I say I am still waiting for my sim. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back after listening to the original conversation when the order was placed. No compensation given at all it has been an awful experience. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing they don’t look at notes at all and some agents didn’t even bother putting notes on the account even though they said they did. Taking down names of every agent I spoke to didn’t help either because they don’t know each other it’s between South Africa and the UK
