Purchasing experience was fairly seemless, however I was overcharged by a penny - not a huge financial loss by any stretch, but an over charge is an overcharged.
I contacted customer services via email and after a hefty delay (which was apologised for) I was told that they couldn't refund me as the overcharge was less than a pound.
Their email is below:

As the amount is less than £1, I am unable to process a refund for the £0.01 you have mentioned

Clearly I didn't find this information helpful, and the lack of apology for the overcharge is a further insult.
I used my card provider to chargeback the 1p but again, it's the principle and lack of accountability which is shameful here.
