Pushed from pillar to post, constantly put on hold, over forty five minutes on phone. Once I said I no longer wished to renew my contract, hay presto, was all sorted in five minutes. However it now appears my data is 5Mb instead of 10Mb. So now I have to waste my Saturday morning going to the O2 shop in town to try and sort it out with the very unhelpful staff in the Hastings shop. Not very happy. Phones great on the plus side and the new deal seemed good as long as i can sort out the data.
