Extremely bad customer service and a policy for after sales. Obviously customer is not very important to them, as they're really interested once the item been sold. Cannot replace faulty goods straight away in the store if you buy online to make matters worse their call centre staff are rude and tone of their voice is very unpleasant. I would never do business with them ever again
