I ordered the new iPhone XS with O2 from Mobiles.co.uk The order was processed as soon as possible and all seemed smooth. I then got an email to tell me that my Parcel had been returned to the depot and then back to Mobiles.co.uk. With no information I emailed mobiles.co.uk who told me it had been "Declined" but with no more information why, I was left still confused. The day after I received a letter in the most from O2 explaining my "New contract" and all of the monthly details, £49.00 this data etc etc. I have emailed Mobiles.co.uk as I am completely confused, I don't want to get charged monthly for my contract as I don't have a phone!
