When ordering my new phone from a customer service agent over the phone my address was put it wrong as I had moved address in the last 2 years but As A credit check was needed I had to give a previous address. This resulted in my card payment not working because the address didn’t match up. The employee should of known that I was able to put in more than one address because people do move house. This resulted in my card payment being taken out of my account 3 times, I was able to get through to a member of the team plus the bank to discuss this. I then had to wait up to 10 days for all this money to go back into my account which wasn’t ideal as it was quite a bit of money.
