Ordering my mobile was straight forward and delivery was prompt and couldn’t fault it!
The only issue I’ve got is that I can’t use my new phone as I didn’t receive a welcome pack which should have come with phone containing my SIM card!
I emailed and someone phoned me the next day, they were very pleasant on phone and are sending out a SIM card but need to wait 3-5 working days for it!! I then need to call O2 myself! ( all rather inconvenient)
O2 have also already billed me for a phone that I am still notable to use till the sim comes etc!
