I have no real issues with Mobiles.co.uk except that my phone protective cover arrived a day after my handset. However, my disappointment with the attitude of O2 towards giving me a new contract but withholding a 2nd contract for my partner. I tried multiple ways to get the 2 contracts and on all occasions the 2nd contract was rejected.
I am otherwise pleased with the deal for my own contract however I will be returning it in protest at my partner not being able to receive her new phone.
I suggest you take this up with O2.
