I would have rate it very good but this is what happened with me.First I ordered XRiphone and received it after 2 days which encouraged me to order another one for my daughter Shams.The telephone wasnt received as DPD didnt deliver.My daughter kept phoning you for 10 days and after a long story we got a refund.But O2 didnt refund her the first bill yet.
I ordered another XR in my name and DPD delivered it at 5 oclock whereas your email says between 1pm and 2.
