got my mobile super fast however a breakdown between mobiles and o2 led to failure of my correct data useage. 3 trips to o2 shop and over 4 hours in total on o2 chat and still not fixed. then it was cutoff awaiting a new simcard as rather than start me on a new contract they upgraded my old one that should have been cancelled.
email to head of o2 yet again so not sure whos at fault but its not my fault and i am one that suffered
