Exceptional deals on great phones. However, the customer service is very poor, hence only 3 stars.
To resolve an issue took 30 mins on the phone at 10p per minute. The wait was doubled by a member of staff who disconnected me when he realised he wouldn't be earning any commission from my call.
I hope the remainder of my contract will be issue-free, as I dread calling customer services again.
