I had trouble with the one penny check. I think it was because my card was registered to somewhere else. But anyway I ended up receiving my phone, a day faster than the delivery date I asked. But I wasn't going to be home so I asked DPD to deliver it another day. I think overall their customer service was good but different workers had different ways of trying to sort out my card problem but there was no problem with credit check. I received my phone which is lovely and awesome BUT the phone box's top part was ripped and the seal was broken. It looked like it was old and used, the corners of the box were worn out. The phone looked okay, I had to call customer service but I didn't want an exchange because I wanted to use my phone straight away.
