Ordered a brand new Samsung mobile phone from mobiles.co.uk
When the phone arrived it was not sealed. Rang Customer services and they said they would exchange the phone and send a new one out as soon as they recieved it.
They received the phone today (03.06.19) but are now saying it will be 3 to 5 days to send out. I needed this as a gift for Wenesday, two separate customer service reps confirmed the new phone would be sent out as soon as they receive it.
Asked to speak to a manager and told she couldn't find the manager.Absolutely shocking customer service.
I have spoken to 5 different customer service reps. Still not resolved.
14.06.19 - Still havent recieved my refund. Had the standard reply, will be refunded in 3 to 5 days. The phones they class as brand new are not even sealed. BE AWARE.
