Phone delivered on time however after order was placed free gift was not in the item basket
After calling the company and emailing twice I have still not had this issue resolved
Staff do not seem to know there own terms od service and I believe there has been an issue somewhere with the order but nobody is willing to discuss it
Seems they have had these issues since day one after reading reviews
Would be helpful to know who parent company are , would like to contact to find out what is happening
