Really poor. Ordered a Vodafone upgrade from the website as I was a couple of months away from the end of contract. I was very careful to select off the upgrade menu. Mobiles.co.uk put through as a new connection, meaning I now am paying for two contracts for 2 months. Went back to customer service and gave them two options to resolve this mistake - either compensate me for 2 months payments or cancel contract. Basically got told I was in my 14 day cooling off period so I could return my phone. (I would have thought any business would have paid out £70 to keep me as a customer, sure they will make more off me over the period of the contract)Anyway greed to this cancellation. I was told a DPD label had been sent to my email - it hasn't. Chased the label again today, still no reply. Terrible service from beginning to end - do not buy an upgrade under any circumstances from them. When I spoke to Vodafone I was told this is very common so not a one off mistake, it's an ongoing issue that upgrades are basically being mis-sold as new connections.
