After reading some of the other reviews (which said that a lot of people were by being rejected, supposedly by the credit check but in rumour that actually mobiles.co.uk were out of stock and wouldn't own up), but, seeing the phone I wanted at a VERY good deal, I decided to risk it, and not cancel my existing contract until I was sure it had gone through. So here is my experience. Within a few hours of ordering I did get an email saying I had failed O2's credit check, so I thought, oh well, that's that. Then the following morning I got a call from mobiles.co.uk apologising for the confusion, but that they had had a problem with automatic emails being sent out, and that they just needed a few details to speed the credit check through with O2. Which she did over the phone, at the same time arranging a delivery date for my new phone for 2 days hence. Phone arrived exactly as arranged, contract with O2 at a far too good to be true deal, and I am one happy customer! Plus it was also nice that the lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, and was actually English with a very clear, understandable accent.
