Phone was promised to be delivered next day by DPD, they did not turn up and when i called them they stated i needed to collect from their depot costing me money and time. I have raised this with mobiles.co.uk and 2 weeks on I am yet to receive and acknowledgement of my complaint let alone a resolution to the matter.
