New phone arrived in very quick time. Communications re. order/delivery were very good. However, when I tried to use the phone, with the new sim I got "Not Registered On Network". So I had to contact my new provider (Vodaphone) to go through a credit check and then set up the agree contract which I'd taken with Mobiles.co.uk - It seems it did not all go across to Vodaphone? All is well now though :-)
