Awful. New phone was delivered two weeks ago. It was faulty. I spent time making numerous phone calls to Apple who diagnosed it as faulty. Held for 17 minutes ringing mobiles to get a replacement. No one ever answers. Tried again the next day. No answer. Rang again first think in the morning and the same message ‘we are experiencing a larger than normal volume of calls.’ I have no mobile & I’m alone with my baby. Should there be an emergency I am totally stuck. To get a replacement it’s up to me to deposit the phone at a dpd drop off service & wait another 5 days ? Poor customer service. Surely a phone can be sent within 24 hours and the same driver can collect the faulty phone. Would not go with mobiles again.
