Easy application, quick response time and fast delivery. I downloaded the Parcel app on my iPhone which enabled me to type in the delivery reference number and I was then kept up to date with my delivery. The only down point about my experience is that the box was slightly damaged on one side, as can happen with anything during delivery, however this has not impacted the product in any way.
