I have found the whole experience of ordering a Sony Experia plus Galaxy Tab and Bluetooth Groovez headphones to be a terrible ordeal from start to finish. I had to make several calls after ordering online to even acknowledge that my order had been confirmed. Then the phone arrived without the free gifts. Another set of calls promised the Tablet on the following day. Needless to say it did not arrive. Another call established that the tablet had not been sent out and the headphones were out of stock. The tablet did then arrive, to which I thank Holly whom I had spoken to in customer services. I then received an e-mail to state that the headphones were not being re-stocked and offering to send me less than fifty percent of their retail value as compensation. I find this pretty insulting however the final straw was to go onto the Mobiles.co.uk website today, only to find that they still have an offer which includes the same headphones I have been told will not be re-stocked. The service from this company is shambolic and they should be avoided if you want happy kids at Christmas. I mistakingly thought that sorting my initial order out on 29 November would be enough time...... apparently not.
