I brought this phone for my son's birthday. He had it for a week and over the course of the week he had it, it wasn't charging properly, kept turning its self completely off for no reason.
I contacted Mobile.co.uk and there customer service was shocking, they didn't care that the mobile wasn't working and as I was within my 14 day return all they wanted to know was if i wanted a replacement or cancel my contract.
Due to the rudeness i received, I cancelled my contact and went elsewhere. I would not recommend purchasing a mobile from them.
