Absolutely awful, no collaboration with DPD, my parcel did not arrive after two alleged delivery attempts. I find this hard to believe considering that I was home all day and did not receive any calls.
A week following payment for an iPhone XR, I have not been refunded or informed as to why the parcel was returned.
Spoke with a customer service operative who was in no way apt for the role as she was incredibly condescending and rude despite cognitive delays on her part.
Spoke with a customer service operative for DPD who was marginally better.
Both DPD and mobiles.co.uk could benefit from customer service training from Barclays and Tesco, both of which are a delight to call.
