I must just have had a bad experience. Website wouldn't let me complete the purchase but took 1 pence out of my account each time I attempted payment. When ringing the company, it was so noisy in the background I could hardly hear the poor chap speak, however got there in the end. Next day delivery was attempted, however, because I hadn't received an SMS we missed the Courier. Then had to install the DPD app to contact the firm and when speaking to them managed to arrange Saturday delivery. Hopefully will get it tomorrow!
