Courteous sales agents and polite customer service agents BUT your communications channel with your delivery company dpd is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I’ve had such a bad experience.
When you say you will delivery a parcel on a specific day, please do! You can’t have people waiting around all day and then not deliver their parcel at all with unacceptable excuses!
This does not make me want to recommend you to a friend!!!
