On Friday 28/11/14, ordered new phone online - Sony experia Z3 compact, 24 month O2 contract, £18pm with 500 free mins, 500MB, unlimited texts and in addition £49.99 fee to include a pair of white Sony headphones worth £99.99.
Received confirmation email of order 77873236. Little later received 2 texts asking "Is everything OK? Your transaction was not completed". Followed this up on Monday 01/11/14 and was advised to verify delivery address. I checked using order number given and amended delivery details to 93 Woodhall Crescent, Hornchurch RM11 3NZ. (Original address was 1 Stanley Villas, Highsted Valley, Rodmersham, Kent ME9 0AB)
Phone was to be delivered on Thursday 04/11/14, however it was delivered to the wrong address, so I had to make a 108 mile roundtrip to collect it from my old house. Discovered that there were no headphones in package.
Sent email on 05/12/14 reconfirming new address in Hornchurch and informing you of the missing item.
Received reply from Abbie on 11/12/14 stating that she had arranged delivery of the headphones to my new address,tomorrow (12/12/14) and that DPD would SMS and and email confirming 1 hr delivery slot and finished by hoping I would enjoy the headphones.
15/12/14 - still had not received headphones, no message from DPD.
18/12/14 Scott answered that my ongoing query had been resolved by Abbie already.
This is incorrect, since I still have not received the headphones to date, 30/12/14.
I am extremely dissastisfied with your service and still await the headphones.
