I have experienced shocking customer service from mobiles.co.uk. I ordered an iPhone XR from them a couple of weeks ago & it never appeared. I contacted them via email a week ago to ask where it was. They replied saying they would need to investigate and would get back to me. I phoned a couple of days ago because I still hadn’t heard anything & the lady I was talking to said she couldn’t give me any information about it & they would contact me the next day. I’m still yet to hear anything. The money for the phone has been taken from my account but still no sign of it and I have also had to renew my previous contract. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of communication & will be very reluctant to use mobiles.co.uk again.
