What they advertise on the website and what you get is not the same. Be warned. Even if you call up to complete the order they'll mislead you there too.
Nobody wants to actually deal with the situation. They'll send you to your network provider, who'll send you back to Mobiles.co.uk, who'll send you back to your network provider and...you get the point.
Everyone just seems to fall back on the "14 day cooling off period" like it's some sort of benefit - yes that's helpful in a situation like this however getting the product you were sold, and having a service capable of rectifying the situation quickly and easily is what customers want more that the protection of distance selling regulations. Sometimes of the offer looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Avoid, won't use again.
