They sent me the phone, but which was locked to someone else’s Apple ID. I had to send it back and so Even though I am paying for a contract, I have no phone, even though it was their mistake, they didn’t say sorry or hurry a new phone out to me. I have no idea when I will get a new phone as there is no communication. Quite disappointing customer service.
