First of all I tried to buy the phone online and the card details wouldn’t go through, I gave up. The next day 4x 1p has been taken from my accounts so I thought 4 transactions had gone through.
So I called them up they assure me that 4 transactions hadn’t gone through and then I bought the phone over the phone.
It came the next day, I put the sim in and it had no signal for 48 hours so I called Vodafone. They couldn’t sort it out over the phone because I hadn’t set up any security questions. After the call feel annoyed I put the sim back in the phone, turned it on and it worked.
