Received my phone next day, but the SIM doesn't connected to Vodafone, I contact Vodafone for support but they said I needed to speak with Mobiles.co.uk customer service, in which I did - which I was still given no recourse or help, only that it was out of their hands and I need to wait. Never had this problem with any other provider before.
