I’ve owned my phone for 5 days now and it is still not functional. It arrived without the SIM being activated. So far, I have spent over an hour on the phone to both Vodafone and mobiles.co.uk, as well as visiting both Vodafone and Carphone Warehouse stores (as advised by different customer service representatives). Vodafone were willing to activate my SIM only if I agreed to pay an extra £16 per month, they would not activate it for the price quoted by mobiles.co.uk. My correspondence from mobiles.co.uk has gone from ‘it takes 24 hours’ to ‘it can take up to 48 hours’ and then ‘it can take up to 5 days’. I intend to return my phone for a refund as I have lost all faith in this being resolved.
