Returned mobile, due to being quoted one price and invoiced much more. Customer services accept that I was misled, although they continue to hold my upfront money until they decide they're ready to refund me. No offer of goodwill forthcoming.
Shocking service, understandable CW have just been fined £25 million for miss selling products.
