My monthly bill is wrong it should be £22 Per month. I received an email from O2 saying my first bill is £28.99.
Couldn’t get through . When I did get through eventually at 15:20 to someone today they tell me the system is down and can I call back in an hour . They close at 5 so I don’t think it’s going to be sorted today.
