Deliberately Mis-sold - I was texted but EE telling me I was entitled to an early upgrade. Tried to but through Mobiles.co.uk - not eligible for early upgrade through them - not their fault. Sales staff then said he would put it through as a ‘new contract’ for me and all I had to do was to EE and ask for the direct debit date to be changed. I specifically said I didn’t want to have two bills. He repeated just ring EE and they will sort it. Guess what, I rang EE who said I was going to get 2 bills and that I hadn’t been given the right information. Phone returned and contract cancelled as a result. Dealt direct with EE instead
